2nd/3rd Line Technical Consultant
I am currently looking for a 2nd line Support Consultant; this is a really exciting role for an individual that is really looking to develop their career. Based just 20 minutes outside of Leeds off the M1, this is a role that offers progression, training & a plush working environment.
Although this role will be mostly based on-site, there will be opportunities to work on client site from time to time. With that said as you grow in the company and come to understand the business processes, then you will be working in a more senior based role. This could see you working with the other senior engineers in the data centre, working on client site and assisting the pre-sales team in the new proposals.
***What the 2nd/3rd Line Technical Consultant will do***
+ Resolving Support issues raised from the 1st line and customers
+ Keeping track of issues and making sure all logs are reported to the central database
+ Be on-hand to mentor other members of staff, in an effort to increase their skills
+ Assisting in the delivery of client support contracts
***What the 2n/3rd Line Technical Consultant will need***
+ Solid Microsoft exposure & working towards accreditations
+ 2 years commercial experience in a similar support function
+ CCNA or strong Cisco exposure
+ To be able to gain secuirty clearance
