Service Desk Manager
I am currently recruiting for a reputable solutions provider based in Harrogate, this company has been established for over 30 years with a company portfolio of over 250 companies.
The role I am recruiting for is a Service Desk Manager, this person is pivotal to the company and will be responsible for a small but growing team of 1st to 3rd line engineers. This person will be responsible for the tickets being handled/distributed in the correct manner and act a point of reference for higher level queries.
**What the Service Desk Manager will need***
+ Previous management/team leader experience – Preferably from a service environment
+ Experience in realising and improving SLA’s & KPI’s – ITIL would be beneficial
+ Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, Server/Exchange/O365
+ Good understanding of networking principals
+ Excellent with documentation and sharing best practice
