Program Management Officer
North Point are currently recruiting for a Program Management Officer, this will be based in the client’s head office in the center of Basingstoke. The company has been established now for over 60 years and is continuing to grow in an organic fashion. They are a reputable global supplier, working with both hardware and software integrated solutions.
***What the Program Management Officer Will do***
+ Help support the Program/Project Managers with program control management and
documentation (i.e. Issues, Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies etc.) and to implement the
Risk Management and Change Management process
+ Support the planning function, which includes the maintenance and updating of the
integrated program plan and associated interdependencies between the various projects
and out to the rest of the program
+ Work closely with the project teams to help maintain accurate and up to date data, and to
acquire, challenge, and input estimates from the teams
+ Help ensure the program overall is adhering to governance standards and processes and
taking corrective action as required
***What the Program Management Officer Will need***
+ Solid experience working within a program or project management office environment
+ Demonstratable knowledge of managing complex program plans including managing interdependencies between the various projects and out to the rest of the program.
+ Advanced user of MS Project 2016, including the integrate project plans, and report develop
+ Experience of integrating multiple project plans
+ Hold a project management certification Prince2/ MSP/ PMBOK.
+ Bonus experience would be Agile and/or Waterfall
