Scientist £27,000 - £39,000
Senior Scientist: £33,000 - £48,000
As a member of our Protein Science team you will be responsible for:
TCR and ImmTAC expression in E.coli, refolding and purification using chromatography methods
Analysing TCR and ImmTAC binding affinity and kinetics
Identifying TCRs from internally-generated phage libraries
Enhancing TCR affinity using our proprietary phage-display approach
Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and optimize ImmTAC drug candidates
Analysing and reporting experimental results verbally and in writing
