Software Architect. Basingstoke

The successful candidate works as part of highly skilled team in a complex, stimulating environment working. The primary responsibility will be for the technical design of multiple product areas and to coach developers whilst making sure the software is delivered correctly.
Some of the core responsibilities include:
Lead design enhancements of current and new systems
Define technical goals for Software Development Teams to achieve
Hands-on high-end coding and pair programming when required
Benchmarking in technology trends for both programming and tooling
Key role within customer design workshops
Skills Matrix (not all necessary as training on the job will be available):
Strong C#, .NET Background
Documentation of Designs
Migrating a legacy application or bringing a system in-house
Software in the Cloud
Designing a system from the ground up
Designing for and working with 3rd party development teams
Infrastructure / Networking knowledge
Data and machine learning (for future projects in this direction)
