Due to growing an exciting opportunity for a .Net Developer has arisen at a fantastidc Manchester based company.

The company in question are are an award-winning digital agency based in Manchester (Newton Heath) that specialises in crafting user focused multi-channel websites, mobile apps and back-end solutions that deliver true value to their external clients.

You will be responsible for designing the architecture and implementing the web services that support our frontend websites or native apps for clients ensuring they meet our company values: Practical, Professional, Quality, Creativity, Passionate.

Your position...

Youll sit within the development team reporting to the Head of Solution Architecture.
The skills you should have

Solid commercial experience in C#
Experience with N-Tier architecture/SOA
Knowledge of relevant design patterns
Good understanding of OOP concepts
Demonstrable experience of building Web Services using WCF or Web API
Database experience, schema design and SQL with SQL Server
MySQL or NoSQL experience also beneficial

An interest in mobile technologies and an appreciation of technological advancements
Use of CI servers like TeamCity or similar is advantageous
Server administration experience with Windows IIS is a must
Any ASP.NET MVC or frontend experience is beneficial
Cloud hosting experience preferably with Microsoft Azure
Source Control, preferably with Git but also TFS
Experience of SCRUM or other Agile methodology is a bonus

Someone who is adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
Enjoys keeping up to date with advances in technology and how they can be applied to projects
Hard working and willing to go above and beyond learning new skills
