Quality Assurance Manager
My Client is the largest independent manufacturer and supplier of bacon products to the foodservice market, whilst also supplying the retail sector. The growth my client has created over the past 25years has seen the company expand its workforce from one to over 160 employees.
My Client is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the effective management of the Quality Assurance teams and Quality Assurance processes.
·Maintaining the Quality Management Systems, including HACCP and internal audits
·Investigating and responding to customer complaints
·Process auditing and managing non-conformances
·Supervising the Quality Assurance teams
·Implementing, and supporting the implementation of, continuous improvements
·Technical data analysis and reporting
·Assisting with the New Product Development process
·Management of facilities (pest control)
The ideal candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, sound knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office and 2-3 years experience in a Quality Assurance Management role.
