Due to a fantastic period of growth, they are looking to take on a Section Head for their Analytical Chemistry department. This is a new role and would be perfect for an experienced analytical chemist, with line and project management experience looking to take the next step in their career or a seasoned team leader looking for their next challenge. The role will lead the existing team of analytical and purification chemists and facilities across a number of sites, supporting all internal chemistry teams in addition to providing services to external customers. You will have: A BSc or higher in an analytical, chemical or related scientific field with demonstrated, relevant experience. Hands on experience in a range of analytical techniques such as HPLC, LCMS, GCMS, SFC etc. (including method development and validation) Proven experience in project management and customer interaction.
