Purpose of the Job The purpose of this role is to provide project management for the implementation of solutions (hardware & software) to commercial banks, cash in transit companies and central banks. This position will use best practices in project management to plan, execute, track & report on projects. A technical background is required to effectively communicate with the team, assess progress, understand technical decisions and how they affect the project. Qualifications and Experience - Fluent in English and French (written and oral) - Experience in project management (Software and/or Hardware) implementation into customer production environments - PRINCE2 or PMP qualification preferred - Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Visio - Experience of delivering high value concurrent projects in a project management or implementation position - Experience of managing concurrent high-value profile customer projects - Experience of managing third party suppliers - Competent in process analysis and risk management (assessment/mitigation) - Experience in project financial tracking i.e. budget control / forecasting / invoicing Key Activities The successful candidate will work as part of a team but will take ownership for individual clients and projects therein. The projects themselves are in essence about the implementation of an Enterprise Cash Management suite of software products. Please note that given the Global nature of the business, international travel is required as part of the Project Management team. Due to recent expansion, my client is looking for a Senior Microbiologist to join an established and diverse R&D team. You will be responsible for carrying out high-throughput and secondary screening of the company’s strain library to identify candidate LBPs capable of modulating host-microbe interactions. As a senior scientist you will be expected to propose new screening strategies and introduce and validate new screening approaches/methods to keep the company on the cutting edge of their sector. You will have: PhD Degree in Microbiology or another relevant subject with expertise in human gut biology or immunology and at least 5 years post-doctoral experience (both relevant industry and academia will be considered) Experienced in microbiology techniques especially in the cultivation of anaerobic microbes. The company are in their start-up phase and are looking to take on an experienced Materials and Coatings Engineer with a significant chemistry back ground and a strong knowledge of elastomeric compounds (particularly urethane and siloxane chemistry). Experience of coating process is an advantage (esp. for space and military), particularly plasma and spray coating methods, laying down either organic or inorganic compounds to achieve robustness, protection, and optical performance of the surface. You will work closely with the FEA modelling team to deliver materials data that can simulate adjustable lens systems and the manufacturing and prototyping team to specify and debug assembly and coating processes in the lab. In addition to the specific materials and role, you will undertake numerical and empirical system modelling supporting the design team with the understanding of physical concepts beyond general engineering and design. The role will have a business-customer facing element, therefore presentation and communication skills will be valued. Limited long-haul international travel will be required to USA / Asia. This role will not suite an office-based applicant and the company are keen to see people who lead by example and have a hands-on approach.
