    This is a unique opportunity for Python / Django programmer to join a team of programmers in an innovative company providing a commercial software solution for the joinery industry. Based in their new office in Chippenham, Wiltshire, their team of programmers develop cutting edge software that leads the industry. They are at the forefront conceptually designing new methodologies to combine 3D modelling, integrated ERP, and costing all within web enabled software. The Role My client needs a technical expert who can push boundaries and think creatively. To do this job you’ll need to enjoy Maths and be good at Geometry and Trigonometry. They need programmers who can work independently but within a team framework, brainstorming solutions and linking code. The role will involve working on their joinery CAD engine written in C++, adding enhancements and fixing bugs. You’ll need to report regularly to your Project Manager to ensure the whole project is on schedule. There will be pressure and tight deadlines, but they will support you and reward you too. Professional Requirements Essential: • Excellent knowledge of Python. • Excellent knowledge of developing within a web framework. The team works on around 450 projects per year for approximately 225 clients. Their clients are at all stages of development: start up through to blue chip private companies. They also work with public sector bodies such as the FSA The Role The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver research and contract projects in the area of nutrition for and on behalf of client companies with the support of a small team under consultation with their line manager. This will involve (but will not be limited to) business development through face to face meetings and presentations to technical and non technical audiences. This role will be responsible for staff development and training in the area of nutrition. Planning and delivery of research and contract projects, supported by direct reports as appropriate in consultation with your line manager or others within the wider business, to include appropriate time management skills. Interpretation of results and preparation of client reports to agreed standards. Design and provision of training courses and presentations (PowerPoint) on external/internal training courses, seminars and symposia. Responding to direct technical enquiries using information retrieved from relevant sources. Through development and implementation of business development strategies, stimulate areas of research, contract and training in line with the focus area for the job and relevant sectional finance targets. You will have A minimum of a BSc in Nutrition or a relevant scientific subject or equivalent. Technical knowledge of the food industry (science and technology) across multiple food sectors with 5 to 10 years proven experience in nutrition and the development of nutritious products.
