    Project Manager My client, based in Basingstoke, are a leading provider of technology solutions to banking and financial institutions and governments around the world. As a result of ambition and demand they are seeking a Project Manager. Qualifications and Experience sought: - Project Management software implementation into customer production environments. - Prince 2 or PMP qualification preferred - Conversant with MS Office, MS Project and Visio - Experience delivering high value projects in a project management or implementation position - Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams - Experience managing third party suppliers - Experience in process analysis and risk assessment/mitigation. Beneficial Attributes: - Unix, Linux, VMware & Citrix/RDS knowledge - Crystal Reports; Telerik / Kendo UI Reports - SSIS and SSRS - Second Language; preferably Spanish or Chinese Key Activities: o Project Manage the implementation of Enterprise Cash Management suite software products within contractual obligations within budget. o Agree specifications and project plans with customers. Hold regular progress meetings with the customer, issuing weekly internal project reports detailing progress/risks/cash flow etc. o Manage installation and commissioning of software application within the agreed project plan including managing training programmes for customer personnel and others as necessary. o Manage customer relationships at all levels to ensure full satisfaction with performance from formal contract signed-off through delivery and services supplied to post project review meetings. o Manage internal project team and subcontractors’ personnel to achieve the project plan and objectives. o To maintain a project schedule document, ensuring the Customer is regularly informed of any risks to the implementation schedule and actions taken to mitigate these risks. o To maintain project files and documentation such as Statement of Work (SOW), detail project plan. o To ensure quality is an integral part of the implementation of all aspects of the project. o Assist in collection of overdue payments. o Work with internal release management to keep apprised of changes and upcoming developments in the ECM software applications. o Ensure smooth post implementation hand-over to L3.     Insurance Systems Consultant: CIty Based. As a result of demand, my client, a leading software company catering for the financial services industry, is actively seeking an Insurance Systems Consultant. The Company A market leading software provider, my cleint, is dedicated to helping leaders in financial services embrace the future. The company develops and implements insurance systems for a wide range of insurance businesses. The company has two main products: The first, uses the latest .net based technology and is based on SOA modular principles. It is a modular .net product that is used for Ratings, Quotes, Policies and Claims. The other is a long established complete insurance solution which features a functionally rich and user-friendly GUI front end. Both products are designed to enable fully flexible configuration so that each customers requirement can be met using tthe same underlying software package such that control is put in the hands of the users. The Job The Insurance Systems Consultants team, works with both new and existing clients to implement and support these products. The main aspects of the job include business analysis, investigation of detailed requirements, preparing specifications, preparing estimates, configuring the systems, testing, training and implementing changes. These services are provided to new and existing customers in the implementation and support of the products. The successful candidate will ideally have solid insurance experience gained whilst working for either an Insurance Company or Broker, and be valued for their knowledge of General Insurance and must also be acquainted with technology based insurance systems. IT experience is not essential for this position, but the succesful candidate should have spent time working in a project based environment. Candidates need to have strong analytical and communication skills, sound judgement, good teamworking and interpersonal skills. A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn will be an advantage. Successful candidates will receive training. Positions are predominantly based at the head office in the City of London. There will be occasions when staff are required to work on site at our clients’ premises, generally in London and the South East, though potentially anywhere in the United Kingdom and worldwide.
