The Role Working as part of their back-office support team in Swindon, your role will be to assist in analysing business requirements and evaluating IT options to provide tactical and strategic solutions. You will be tasked with developing and testing IT solutions based on business requirements in close interaction with the business teams & Implementing end-to-end software solutions. You will need to quickly develop a good working knowledge of the organisation and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Back-Office business processes and Regulatory Transactional Reporting obligation (EMIR and REMIT). Whilst constantly looking for improvement opportunities through new technologies and business strategy. You will provide Production support in line with the agreed SLA, report Progress to end users, colleagues and management alike and contribute to the setting, monitoring and reviewing of personal development and performance objectives.
