They are a reputable global supplier, working with both hardware and software integrated solutions. ***What the Program Management Officer Will do*** + Help support the Program/Project Managers with program control management and documentation (i.e. Issues, Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies etc.) and to implement the Risk Management and Change Management process + Support the planning function, which includes the maintenance and updating of the integrated program plan and associated interdependencies between the various projects and out to the rest of the program + Work closely with the project teams to help maintain accurate and up to date data, and to acquire, challenge, and input estimates from the teams + Help ensure the program overall is adhering to governance standards and processes and taking corrective action as required ***What the Program Management Officer Will need*** + Solid experience working within a program or project management office environment + Demonstratable knowledge of managing complex program plans including managing interdependencies between the various projects and out to the rest of the program. + Advanced user of MS Project 2016, including the integrate project plans, and report develop + Experience of integrating multiple project plans + Hold a project management certification Prince2/ MSP/ PMBOK. + Bonus experience would be Agile and/or Waterfall ***What the Program Management Officer will get*** + A competitive salary up to £28,000 + Working closely with the PM’s and other stakeholders in business + Excellent benefits
